These materials are protected under:

• United States federal and state intellectual property laws
• Canadian federal intellectual property statutes
• Applicable international copyright, trademark, trade dress, and unfair competition laws
• International agreements including, but not limited to, the Berne Convention and the TRIPS Agreement

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, adaptation, translation, reverse engineering, structural imitation, derivative use, commercial exploitation, or misappropriation of any part of this system — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited.

This prohibition applies to:

• Profile names and Type designations
• Classification logic and organizational architecture
• Scent taxonomy structure
• Charts, tables, scoring systems, and descriptive materials
• Digital, print, educational, and commercial reproductions

Any unauthorized use may constitute trademark infringement, copyright infringement, trade dress violation, passing off, trade secret misappropriation, and/or unfair competition under applicable domestic and international law.
